After completing his internship and residency in general surgery at The University of California – Irvine, Dr. McConnell was awarded a prestigious fellowship in tissue engineering and nerve regeneration, followed by a three-year fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. McConnell is currently board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. McConnell specializes in many types of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, with a special interest in breast, body, and facial procedures. His ability to address his patients’ individual needs separates him from a less personalized experience.
